I think the fenders on the later ones were different as the headlights being kind of "recessed" like the Olivers, but as far as 1969 or 1970 for the fenders Im not sure. The seat under ride was different also on the later ones. Im sure someone on here will know more. Ive always liked the U302s as they seem like a decent HP tractor that is handy.
