It will fit in the block, if that is what you are asking.
You do need to be concerned about the distribuitor/oil pump drive gear, though.
If the cam came out of a magneto it won't mate with a distribuitor drive gear. And I am told that with the wrong gear set on the oil pump it will backfire and or run strange if you can start it at all.
