'46 MM BF Value?

Sentimental grandson looking to buy his deceased grandfather's small 1946 widefront Mpls Moline model BF tractor. This little yellow/gold gem doesn't run but been in storage tucked away. Looking for a fair value to pay off family and get started at restoration. Can anyone help with a value so I can get to first base? Also, what resources do you suggest for parts, paint, & decals?
