Seat Spring / Serial Number plate

Does anyone know who remans the serial number plates? Mine are wore out & I'd like to have new ones made. Also am looking for a seat spring for a '55 UB Diesel, mine was welded one too many times & it needs to be replaced - one of the last parts I need to finish the restoration! Thanks!
