'38 M-M ZTU available for restoration

I know where there is a '38 ZTU in south Texas. I have looked at it and it is 95% complete. All sheet metal is good, needs a generator and a breather assembly. The lights all three have broken lenses but I am sure they could be replaced. You can still faintly read the MM logo on the fuel tank. Not sure if motor is stuck or not, transmission is free and will shift. Looks like a good restoration tractor. Owner wants $650 for it.
