A few years back ours would not go down. The guys at the dealer told me to go through the inspection plats and make sure everything is loose like you did. Try it again if you need to. Most likley there is a piece of dirt stuck in a valve. Just as a precaution, replace the filter in the front of the tractor. This sometimes will solve the problum too. Other than that just keep ratteling around in there with a screw driver. I did it while it was running so I could see what everything did. One last thing you might try is to turn your quadrent control lever to the draft and pressure settings to see if they work. Other than that I don't know. Good luck Matt Abbas
