I bought an 1100 several years ago and the 3 point would only raise a few inches. Turns out there is a rockshaft control knob below seat level between the left rear tire and the center of tractor was turned "off". Turned it on and the lift works great. If you soak the linkage with penetrating oil over a period of several days, you should be able to get it to work loose. You have to get it pressed down before it will turn to another setting, then pulled back up to work the lift. David
