The SN is TO35 161136. The engine SN is Z134 402282. The only thing I can see on the transmission is "F95." Does that mean May 9, 1955?
The background color of the front badge is black. There are no other badges. The badge is a MF with the "wings" (one of which is broken).
The steering collar is 2.5 inches high.
I will note that, so far, I have found no evidence there was ever any green paint on the cast. There is, however, a coat of yellow paint BENEATH the gray.
Also, there is no place on the tin to mount headlights and I have found no brackets anywhere else where headlights may have been.
