Hello Dennis, Yes there is.....but. First of all you will have to remove the steering wheel. A puller will be required. It is not uncommon to have to cut the wheel off older tractors. With the wheel removed you will see a key and felt seal with the chrome cap underneath. Remove these. Next is a large shallow nut with a tabwasher. Open the tab and remove the nut. Remove the tab and second nut. On the underside you will see the bearing track. Look for wear and roughness. Remove the ball bearings and inspect them. Next you will see the lower ball track. Look for wear on this as well. If everything is well greased with no excessive wear present refit the second nut and adjust to a point where vertical movement of the column ceases when you turn it. Straighten the tabwasher and refit. A large shallow spanner is useful here and is wirth cutting one from a piece if 1/4" plate. Nothing elaborate just something to hold the lower nut. Fit the top nut and nip up. Jack up the front of the tractor to remove the weight from the front wheels. Turn from lock to lock and check for any tight spots or excessive looseness. When OK knock the tabs up and refit the steering wheel with the key. Grease and check steering box level. DavidP, South Wales

The draft forces are
