Not sure where you're at, but here in snow country (Northern WI), a good snow blade mounted on the front will clear 10x the snow as a 3pt back blade will.
Reasons are, taller moldboard, better angle (most 3pt blades go to about 30', plow blades go closer to 45'.
I'm guessing that this is an old pickup truck plow? If so, the best way to adapt it would be to build a subframe so it attaches to the rear frame, where the load on a tractor was designed to be, instead of in front of the engine, which on a lot of tractors (not just Masseys), was only built to hold the radiator.
