Hey Scott, My 70 model 135 gas does the for lack of a better term jumping action when raised. I have been told that is due to oil leaking past o-rings in the lift cylinder. Its kind of a catch 22 situation in a way, as long as mine is working other than that i'm going to leave it alone or if I just get free time(yea right) I might go into it and rebuild everything. You can get a pretty good view of things in the IT manual or a exploded parts diagram from your local dealer. HOpe this helps, Gary
