$5000+ $1000 shipping in US dollars is a lot of money! Especially if you cannot see and try it before you buy it! I would rather deal with some one I know or who was recommended to me. I have a neighbour who buys MF tractors running or not then rehabs them including decent paint job, rebuilt engines or good working engine rebuilt or good working lift pump and controls last one he sold for $6500 Can. or $4200 US It did not have Power Steering. He also wrecks these tractors so that is where some spare parts come from. If you look around for a while you should be able to come up with something a little closer to home. Just my 3 cents Canadian
