Hello, our 1155 with about 3800 something hrs either blew an injector or dropped a valve, not sure yet, it still runs so piston didn't come apart but must have a hole or crack because it blew a couple of quarts of oil limping it about 3 miles to get home.
Anyway my question is can I get by on the cheap by putting a sleeve piston kit in the one bad hole, we barely put 50hrs a year as a back up tractor. The engine was fairly tight and used little oil. Would doing this be OK or a big no no?
