Have you primed it up with the hand primer on the lift pump? Did it run out of fuel? Sometimes they need a lot of purging to get the fuel to the top bleed screw. Slacken one injector pipe off a few turns and shake it a bit to break the connection . Try to crank it and keep slackening the bleed screws ...tightened up to finger tight should be good enough to start the engine. When the engine runs you can tighten the injector pipe. CAUTION wear adequate protection as diesel fuel can harm your skin! Sam
