You seem to have an oil supply out to the cylinder but no return or your return line is blocked either by not being plugged into the correct port or a faulty connector. Briefly try working the cylinder with the return hose held into an empty oil can or if the hose is long enough return it into the oil filler bung beside the gear levers, Try this with no connector on the hose. If that works then you need to trace your return pipe into the same spool valve that you are taking the oil feed from...(.if it is a double acting spool it will have two hoses.) Or turn the setting on your valve for double acting rams.I suspect you have the hoses plugged into 2 valves at once? or the connectors are not compatable. Let us know how you get on......Sam
