Hi I Had an 1135 with the same shifters as this and that used to jump out or try and put 2 gears together or not return to neutral the odd time. it could be that the pin holes in the linkages are worn and the lever hits the stop before it's properly in gear. I had to mess with the adjustments on the linkages until I hit the sweet spot, it really needed the linkages re built but I didn't have the time to do it and it got sold on shortly after. It only takes a few thou of an " wear to give a problem over the distance of the linkages. If that is your problem I've seen guys file the slot so the lever moves further to as a temporary fix . Regards Robert

Although he himself has never actually owned or restored a tractor, he was always enthusiastic and always around helping with other peoples projects.
