Plenty of previous posts on this one. Will be a stuck control valve. Drain off a couple of gallons of transmission oil, remove the RHS round cover plate by your heel, the one with the dipstick fitted to it. Reach in and try to move the small control lever coming up from the hydraulic pump. It has a roller attached to it. You may leave the engine idling while you do this, as the oscilator will assist in freeing up the valve. Causes for this problem can be varied. A worn valve and seal discs, a broken oscilator arm or dirty oil can be causes. let us know the outcome, Evan.
