Here is a picture of the correct seal (top right) the others are what the previous owner fitted to try to stop the leak. The seal should be available from Sparex. Second pic is the power shaft ready to remove using the method explained by DavidP, Strip off all collars etc and then the ring/housing around the shaft will pull out with the shaft. Remove a snap ring and drive out the seal ,fitting is a reverse process but don't damage the seal metal housing. turn the shaft back and forth to align the splines on refitting. Sam
