Hi, First of all you could have a problem in the control spring assembly. That's the unit inside the hydraulic cover where you attach the top link. To test this you will see the three lugs on the rear of the centre casing. Using a bolt or suitable bar fit a chain from these lugs to the top link point on your bale carrier. You are by-passing the top link mechanism. You may find that it will lift OK. If so let us know and we'll take you through the adjustment procedure or you will be able to find it on here.
