I recently acquired a pedal tractor. (Actually my son pulled it outta the dumpster when he took trash away) Only thing that is wrong with it is the plastic engine had became brittle and had a few chunks missing from it and on the pedals someone JB welded a washer on the end of the rod to keep the left pedal from sliding off. With that said everything is in good shape other then some surface rust on the hood.
Anywho, it is an AMF Super Trac, D-537. I cannot find any info on the net about an AMF Super Trac. Found plenty of info about AMF Power Tracs and such but no Super Trac.
Can anyone share some information about the AMF Super Trac D-537? Also information about parts? I"d like to find the plastic engine and restore it this winter.
If you need photos i'll take a few this week and post.

To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
