We have owned one since the mid 1960's. It has the grass seed attc and the brome auger. We have never owned a drill. Never used it for lime or fert We use to seed oats with it. Since we quit farming and went ranching (hay and pasture only, no grain) We now use it to renovate hay and pasture. The feed mill bulk spreads lime and fert. We use a JD coil shank digger, JD wheel disc with a drag behind, then the LF broadcaster to seed also with the drag behind. NO plowing at all Pastures we leave as much old sod as possible and only enought to work in the lime and fert. Seed and drag in. Ideal for cow/calf is only enought legume to feed "N" to the grass. Final stand should be no more then 50-50 mix legume to grass. If it is not rusted out, has the grass seed attc and the brom augers, it is proubley worth $200. I carry ours on the books at a valve of $150. I can send some pixs. MIKE
