I got our ol 630 running today after sitting for about 3 years. Rebuilt the Carb, Distributor, put in a new battery, she fired right up. Ran Great. Dad said hook it on the disc and get some of the weeds down in the pasture area. Ok sounds good. Backing up to the disc, the drawbar was too high, so I took the drawbar out, flipped it around, as I was hooking up the disc tongue to the drawbar the tractor started to act like it was working under load and bogging down, I looked up quickly thinking it was driving away, but it wasn't, by the time I looked up it had quit running. I hit the starter button, I could hear it engage, but wouldn't turn the flywheel. Dad come down with another tractor, we tried to pull start it, and the engine was not turning over and was seized. I thought oh no, Ive heard that the pulley side main bearing on the 620/630 tractors were prone to getting clogged oil supply passages, Does this sound like that scenario to anyone that was had this happen? the engine doesn't turn over and is stuck after running about 5 minutes. The tractor had good oil pressure the whole time it was running, but maybe the gauge was getting pressure and the main bearing wasn't? How big of a project do any of you forsee this repair being, any thoughts or ideas are appreciated. Thanks Yall
