Like I said it has two couplers on SCV but one handle, is there a control to switch between the two? Are how could I make it work?

The SCV valves are modals that just bolt together side by side to add units. As txjim said it will require a duplicate of what you already have on the 2150.
What are you operating besides the hydraulic top link? Is there a front end loader on the tractor ?
