First off the serial number will be on the back right hand side below the SCVs.The S.N.# you gave is not correct.All 4020 numbers start with 3 digits followed by and r for syngro or P for power shift even though they don't know how many P.S. were made followed by the 6 digits TxJim gave and followed by an R.Example 213R270288R which is the last 4020 built and is still at JD.Check again and we will try to help you.The HFWA was made on 20 series starting in 1969 you may have a after market one on earlier tractor called an Elwood.They aren't much good except to look at.A picture will answer your question as there are some knowledgeable people that are willing to help.If the scv levers are on the dash front has been added.
