The fuel in the case got as high as the crank and filled reduction cover. The input shaft is level with the centerline of the crank so if the level was high enough to come out on the pulley and flywheel sides its a pretty safe bet that some fuel may have made it into your tranny as well. Probably not much but I'd check it.
