I just remember the words John Deere on the seat channel on the 37, The others had battery boxes underneith of the seat, OTHER than the 40, and I wasnt even in grade school when he had it. This one has a seat that I have seen on a few F-20 Farmalls, but never on a JD. It is adjustab le at the bottom, Has 3, I think notches for adjusting that makes it stiffer, or not.
Just went out again and looked. Yup, your right. Theres 4 holes. The bottom 2 are broken off flush. Anybody know what size holes they are? Are they anything special in a bolt? The holes in the grills sure seem big for the size bolt holes in the pedistal. Ill have to wait for Uncs check to get the right grill screens. Thanks all for the help and advice.
