Farmallb ... I assume its your JD Bthat your working on? Like others said make SURE its got a good flow of gas. Second should be FIRE. You said its got that. Carb settings should be IDLE (flywheel side) 1 to 1-1/2 turns out. LOAD needle should be around 1/2 turn to 1-1/2 turn out. Most will start IF carb is clean with the load needle seated. As the idle passage provides the gas for starting. My 44 A will start with LOAD needle seated DLTX 53 carb. Are the plugs getting wet? If so, your using too much choke. Flooding the engine. Ummm, is the timing correct? Roll engine over to TDC. STOP BEFORE the may snaps!!! Where's the #1 piston? If still nothing try pulling it. Good luck.
