Looking at it, and looking at a lot of pictures I have found on the net, I dont believe it is missing anything. I believe it has two implements, plow and cultivator.

To answer a further question, it is not crank start, it is electric start. It ran as of 3 years ago, and I have paperwork from John Deere doing a full tuneup, cleaning, and check of everything from about 5-6 years ago.
