Thanks Dave! I have already drained the fluid and flushed it. I cranked the tractor and turned the wheel with ease to the left but it stops and you here the pump load up and it will not turn anymore, but if i take the wheel and push it, it will go furtherand the steering wheel turns. but if i try again to turn on the steering wheel it stops and it acts like the piston is at end of stroke. I can turn 2/3 of way to right and it does the same thing. if it were out of time you would think it would turn all the way in one direction???? Do all power steering units turn as tight as the manual ones?
