You must have a 2 spool valve on your loader plugged into your rear outlet???--If so It sounds like you have an open center valve on the loader or a closed center valve thats leaking and acting like an open center valve-- some valves will work both open and closed center by changeing a plug on the boby of the valve- a square packing on the plug will sometimes blow out and let it leak by--If the 3 pt works when you put the SCV lever in neutral it must be the valve is wrong or leaking-- that would cause the punp to pull and labor the engine Just a thought!!
