Was sump screen checked/cleaned at the same time hyd filter was changed?? Was stand-by pressure checked after hyd pump rebuild? Stand-by should be in the 2250-2350 psi range. How is loader plumbed??? It's possible the pressure control(priority) valve down by hyd filter is blocking flow/psi. It's also possible that rockshaft control valve clearances are too wide. This clearance can be adjusted by turning screw(parts key #9) Does tractor have either option of hyd hi-lo or ind pto?
