They made 676 actual high seat gas 60's so if you consider around 20% of them are probably in the bone yard yes they would be considered rare. They are excellent tractors and bring collecter dollars when sold. Only one i ever saw sold was in indiana and brought 7200. So if you truly gave 2500 for it kent said it rite that you stole it!!!
