The proper carb? The late 440 gassers had a souped up engine with a larger carb. Where and how have you been adjusting the carb screws? Fuel flow to the carb bowl from the tank and filter? Have you tested hydraulic pressure and flow to verify if the pump is the problem? Or if lines, valves or hydraulic rams are the problem?
