The injection pump needs to be rebuilt due to the weight retainer ring coming apart as others have said. It sounds like yours is plugged in the return fittings on top of the injectors. Remove and clean the return line will make it drivable for a while. Also check the return fitting on the pump. Schedule a pump rebuild soon.
