I would suggest you remove the right rock shaft cover and remove the cable at the back and see if the rockshaft will operate by the lever there. I have worked oil into the cable from each end and gottem the cable freed up on my 3020 gas. On your 3300 combine. We bought a new one in 1974 paid $14000 for combine 234 corn head and a 10' grain head.It was a gasser with fuel at .30 a gal cost was not to bad. Ours came with 18.4 x 28 tires. It was a muddy winter and we broke 3 final drives all in warranty and also wore out the tranny. I bought an extra bullgear new for less than $90 to have a spare while the dealer was getting one from deere. The dealer said that Deere had put the wrong bullgear in relation to the size of the tires. Seems like they did something to strenthen the bull gear and we never broke a fourth one. I am curious if you have large tires on it.
