Hey, You say it has no hydraulics but then you go on to say no Hi-Low. Does no hydraulics mean no steering, no loader no three point hitch, etc. If so the hi-low not working is probably because there is no charge pressure, which powers the hi-low and the pto clutches and then goes on also to feed the main pump. There are many reasons that the transmission pump may not be working from low oil to broken steel lines, to a broken drive part. We need more info in order to guide you where to start. Good Luck!
