Tractor geek said: (quoted from post at 09:36:37 10/12/12) Thank you !! Do you think parts are available to change it back to a side steer ? What is the tractor worth as it is now ?
Here is where they got the tractor and what it sold for, $7750. In my opinion, that is the price the tractor is worth to most people. The best thing about that tractor is the fact it has the original steel wheels all around. To get the correct steering parts I would say reproduction and original pieces will be around $1000. If you need a pedestal then double or triple that price. A lot depends on just how many parts that you need to get, but they are available. To me it looks like the front pedestal is usable, is there something I can not see? I am currently restoring a GPWT myself and they are not cheap. No GP's are cheap to restore.
