It probably has a 190 thermostat in it so like David said that's probably not extremely high running temp, and like B&D said worn pulleys can be a problem, I see a lot of that come through here,,as for the impeller they rarely actually 'wear' out, "But" Deere did offer a plastic impeller for that water pump that would chip away to nothing and cause a lot of problems with poor flow, the only way to check that is to pull the pump, and at that point go through it, making sure that you put a steel impeller back on, and while your in that area look at the pulleys close, you can rub your finger tips into the V's and feel the wear,,you will be surprised at the amount of wear....when the V wears the belt runs in too deep and you loose the belt to pulley contact, this really shows up on big engines with large fans, I include pulleys in O/H's, along with radiator flush and flow checks...it puts more integrity in the O/H....
