I never look at Craig’s list but I was listing my GN trailer today and did a quick search for John Deere and a John Deere AMT 600 5 wheeler popped up with an asking price of 900 OBO. The small blurry picture looked like it was in great shape. Called the guy and he said everything worked and looked like new except the 23 year old paint job is slightly faded. It was 4:00 PM and he said a guy was supposed to be there at 4 so I should call back at 5. I called back at 5 and he said he sold it 30 minutes ago. Darn it all!
This was the first time I have seen one, I am now obsessed with finding another one to fix up and take to shows and use around the house. I would have gladly given him a grand for it.
Anyone got one and have any reviews on it or want to sell it?

On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
