Oil pressure drop is due to oil thinning as it heats. It may be from a worn or improperly assembled oil pump or something preventing the relief valve from closing completely or properly. Maybe a broken spring? How long has this problem existed? If it happened all at once I would suspect the relief valve. If it happened gradually, then it may be due to oil pump wear or worn engine bearings. The whine in the governor is most likely due to the mesh of the gears. I"ve seen them pretty worn and run quiet as long as nothing changes the mesh, like installing new bearings, etc. You may have to play with the shims on the fan shaft to get it back as close as possible to where it originally ran. Those gears kind of wear in to each other and if the mesh isn"t the same you can get noise. As far as the clutch, since the noise comes only with the clutch engaged, it could also be some thing in the trans. or first reduction gear. Does the noise change under load or in different gears? Does the noise change when the clutch is engaged and you put some resistance on the pulley? Hope this helps, Paul
