Just something else you might look at. I had a simular problem with a NH baler some years back. The porcelain twine insulators the twine runs through were worn badly and holding too much tension on the twine making it hang up on the bill hooks, turned the worn insulator 180 degrees and fixed the problem. Might look at them. Just a thought.
