Hi, I have accidentaly chopped a small tree branch that had blown into the corn row. Once my Dad had one of the bolts holding a cutter head knife on break and I remember seeing the end result. It bent the knife in ___| shape and sliced the drum in two pieces until it crashed into the shear bar and jambed the cutter head. BE CAREFUL these machines were designed to chop silage not tree branches. JB2
