Big Jim, the number one cause of your problem is a worn brass bushing in the center of the flywheel. Take the shearbolt out and grab the flywheel at the top and bottom and try to tilt it. You will find that the flywheel has too much wobble. I am not concerned if it moves back and forth, but you can not have play in that center bushing. Also, look at the holes where the shearbolt goes thru. If eggshaped, replace both parts as well. This will stop that shearing bolts for no reason. Steve
