Thanks! I knew the question wasn't dumb. Having baled through my first season of hay, and I wanted to bale many times during the season, you would think I would know what a "missed" bale was! My JD 224T misses about one in 20. I thought it was probably pretty normal but perhaps I need to look into the notter operation and make sure we are adjusted right. Makes really nice tight bales the rest of the time. Thanks for the info!
