FYI, since it's newer than 1911, simply a John Deere drill.

Yes, it looks like a "B" series drill to me. That was one of the first implements I pulled as a kid, with a DEERE 830!

Do you know what model you have... for instance a "24 X 6" would have 24 openers on 6" spacing.
I took a QUICK look at the parts catalog, and only saw one seed chart part number, M18023 which (unless a closer look at the catalog turns up more options, for different sizes/row spacings) is still available to be ordered through your DEERE dealer for twenty-some bucks.
A manual should have the charts in it, as well. I will look tomorrow... I have quite a pile of drill manuals and there MAY be one for a "B" in there. Otherwise, check Fleabay, or you can get a new one direct from DEERE by calling 1-800-522-7448 (likely about $3000).

Today's Featured Article - Oil Bath Air Filters - by Chris Pratt. Some of us grew up thinking that an air filter was a paper thing that allowed air to pass while trapping dirt particles of a particles of a certain size. What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe. To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
