An IHC 100 or 200 spreader in working condition is a fine piece of equipment. About the best shredding system and widespread I've ever seen. Problem is they use a Type S apron chain which is near obsolete these days.
If the thing is in good shape it's easily worth $500.00 on up. $300 would be a steal and anything under is on of those deal of a lifetime things. But if it's not in great shape that changes things. An apron chain, if you can find one, is going to run about $400.00 last I looked, without shipping and tax. Broken or worn out parts are hard to find and harder to replace. Bottom wood is no big deal, bad bearings or bushings are.
Where are you located Heather?

Although he himself has never actually owned or restored a tractor, he was always enthusiastic and always around helping with other peoples projects.
