I have a drum also and next year plan on planting thick stemmed sorghum/sudan hay. I drove around the "hood" and found a farm with a lot of worn out equipment. Stopped by and started asking questions and sure nuf, came up with an IH 404 crimper. Tractor supply had the sprocket and chain I needed and with that and some heavy duty chain lube and a tensioner spring TSC also had, I have one in perfect shape.
