That's a shaft drive bar. Just check it over carefully and make sure all of the bearings in the turtle shafts are tight and there's nothing out of time from busted or worn out gears. Most of the north american branded stuff from the late 90's onwards is all shaft drive bars. Most of the old stuff is gear bed; for the most part a Kuhn bar. Just watch out for the really old ones from the early 80's that have the bolt together (non-modular) Kuhn bar. Those are a major amount of work to rebuild if they need love... although when they work they are a very good bar. It's just that the probablilty of finding a good one at this point in time is probably fairly slim.
