I hooked up a 350 sickle bar on JD 2020. Everything seemed fine until I go to hooking up lifting arm. Just bought tractor, so i"m still learning the tractor itself. Has a swinging drawbar but the lower plate holding drawbar up had bolts broken off. So where 2 pins would have gone to pin the drawbar in the center where changed out to bolts. When i pulled the bolts out, The hole thing fell a part. Putting back together right this time. Now for the real problem that i am struggling with. The drawbar sits higher then the sickle bar lift arm. What is the normal cure for this or just take off chain and mount to bottom of drawbar? Thanks for any advice.
