Been discussed on several occasions. If not in a big hurry and most of the branches are pretty small (less than 2 inches), a non-power feed unit works OK which is what would work with your limited hp. We have a 3pt non-power feed unit and after using it a couple of years it now sets. Much easier to burn than use it. Bought a used Vermeer power feed with a 25 hp Kohler and it is so much better. Seriously thought about a new power feed 3pt unit that was about the same money, but decided it would be easier to sell an engine powered chipper that can be towed if we ever wanted to get rid of it.
